Until it warms up, I'll have to settle for little birds like this to remind me that Spring is right around the corner.
I made another baby step toward pulling the den together with this coffee table. It can't happen fast enough but I'm trying to be patient. I can't wait to get that carpet out of here.
We were cleaning out the garage this past weekend and found this table under a pile of storage tubs. I forgot we had it! I love the legs and of course the casters are awesome.
Here it is after a little paint. I gave it the usual treatment of deglosser (didn't need to sand), paint (light gray then dry brushed a bright white over it - the light just doesn't pick up any of it), distressed & sealed it with wax.
I'm not a big fan of glass tables but I might have to change my view on that. I think it keeps it from being too clunky..adds some lightness to it.
Who doesn't love a curvy leg?
Now, let's talk about something REALLY fun! I've been blogging for a while and to be honest, I haven't posted regularly. I've gone MIA a few times too *sigh*. BUT I'm figuring out what I want to do with all of this and the direction I'm heading with blogging and my business and I'm pretty excited about it!
I just want to say thank you to everyone who follows me and reads this little blog of mine. I want to show my gratitude with a giveaway of a giftcard from either Home Depot or TJ Maxx - winner's choice! All you have to do is leave a comment & follow. That's it! I'll draw a name next Wednesday & send an email to the lucky winner!
Thank you again for coming by & good luck!!
